We are looking for our first dedicated marketing hire. As our Marketing Manager, your primary objective is to enable growth by taking end-to-end ownership of the Airpelago brand identity and marketing operations. Your mission is to establish Airpelago as the absolute Thought Leader and preferred partner in the autonomous drone space. You will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and commercial growth, architecting our inbound marketing and lead engine, building a structured, scalable B2B marketing function from the ground up.


Take complete ownership, and translate complex technical innovation into a compelling global brand strategy. You won't just follow an existing playbook; you will write it.


**Responsibilities**

- Brand & Positioning: Scale our B2B brand identity and global messaging architecture
- Global Thought Leadership: Plan and execute high-impact content initiatives and events; including webinars, whitepapers, and case studies, to establish our technical authority in the market and create awareness in targeted markets
- Marketing Automation & Lead Generation: Optimize our marketing stack, workflows, and lead-scoring models to build a highly efficient, predictable sales pipelines and leads generation
- Campaign Operations: Lead the global marketing calendar and campaign delivery, utilizing modern project management tools to keep operations structured and measurable
- Web & CRO Ownership: Optimize our website and digital touchpoints for SEO and conversion, ensuring our digital presence reflects our premium enterprise positioning
- International Sales Enablement: Equip global commercial teams with high-quality pitch decks, collateral, and product marketing materials

**Competences & Qualifications**

- A University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- A proven track record of building and managing marketing operations from scratch, that demonstrates your strategic and tactical capabilities
- Language Proficiency: Completely fluent in both English and Swedish. Skills in German, French, or Spanish are advantageous.
