**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role based in Umeå for a Logistics Coordinator. The Logistics Coordinator will oversee and manage the supply chain and inventory processes, ensuring efficient operations and timely deliveries. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, managing logistics activities, and resolving any delivery issues. The role also involves maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and generating performance and inventory reports.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills for identifying and solving logistics challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage stakeholder relationships
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations is an advantage
- Familiarity with logistics software and tools is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is required
