In this role, you will work closely with our sales organization and act as a key partner in both operational and strategic decisions. Through clear analyses and relevant insights, you help the team drive the business forward and contribute to the company’s continued growth.


The role has a strong commercial focus while collaborating with other parts of the organization to ensure a holistic view. You will be responsible for financial follow-up and develop our BI solutions to create modern, data-driven decision-making tools.

Skills & Requirements


Your Responsibilities


Prepare and monitor financial reports that support the sales organization’s work

Maintain close dialogue with the sales team to proactively support the business

Contribute to sales and margin forecasts

Prepare and quality-assure documentation for reserves in monthly closings

Participate in the budgeting process, with a particular focus on sales and profitability

Take part in the development and maintenance of our BI solutions

Provide ideas and suggestions for improvements in reporting and analysis


Your Profile


We believe you are at the beginning of your career in controlling and eager to grow in the role.


Relevant university degree in economics, finance, or similar

Approximately 1–2 years of experience in a controller role or equivalent

Strong Excel skills and curiosity to develop your knowledge of BI tools

Analytical mindset and ability to turn numbers into insights

Driven, curious, and enjoy working close to the business


**Meritorious:**
Experience with QlikSense or other BI tools

Experience from sales-driven organization.
