We are hiring **Jira Solutions Engineer**for the position based in **Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week).**

**Educational Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced Jira Solutions Engineer with deep expertise in **Jira Service Management (JSM) Cloud** to own, manage, and continuously improve the Atlassian ecosystem. This role focuses on hands-on administration, workflow optimization, automation, integrations, and governance across Jira Service Management and Confluence Cloud. You will act as a key bridge between business needs, platform governance, and technical implementation, ensuring Jira remains scalable, reliable, and aligned with organizational goals while minimizing complexity and technical debt through effective use of out-of-the-box functionality.

**Required Experience/Competences:**

- Strong hands-on experience with **Jira Service Management Cloud.**
- Solid understanding of **Jira Service Management Cloud** and **Data Center.**
- Experience with **Jira Automation, Rovo, and Script Runner**.
- Working knowledge of scripting concepts such as **JavaScript, Python, or similar languages**.
- Experience with **data management** and **integrations, including Entra ID.**
- Experience working with **Confluence Cloud**.
