Create training data and provide expert feedback to enhance coding model performance across Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, and Verilog.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Code Review & Ranking**

- Analyse AI-generated solutions across multiple languages
- Rank accuracy, efficiency, and best practices against expert standards
- Identify edge cases, optimisation failures, and common pitfalls

**Training Dataset Creation**

- Write CS prompts and generate reference solutions
- Document reasoning, algorithms, and implementation choices
- Create evaluation datasets teaching proper coding patterns

**Bilingual Technical Documentation**

- Provide detailed feedback explaining code issues and fixes
- Articulate complex concepts fluently in Indonesian + English
- Document optimisation techniques and problem-solving approaches

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

- CS Bachelor's degree or higher
- Expert in 2+ languages: Java/Python/JS/TS/C++/Swift/Verilog
- Native/Fluent Indonesian + Advanced English technical writing
- Competitive programming or code review experience
- Strong debugging and optimisation skills
