**Integration Developer**
to join our IT team and support the development of reliable, secure, and scalable system integrations.
**About the role**
As an
**Integration Developer**
, you will play a key role in connecting business-critical systems across the organization. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain integrations that enable efficient data flows between platforms such as ERP systems, CRM solutions, databases, and cloud services.You will contribute to building a robust integration landscape that supports OX2’s digitalization and operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect and document business requirements for new integrations from internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and develop integrations based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Create and configure connections between systems such as ERP, CRM, databases, and cloud services.
- Develop and execute
**unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests**
to ensure functionality and performance.
- Create and maintain
**technical documentation**
for both new and existing integrations.
- Monitor existing integrations to ensure
**operational stability and performance**
.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related issues and incidents.
- Ensure integrations comply with
**security and compliance standards**
within the organization.
- Implement
**authentication and authorization mechanisms**
according to company security policies.
**Qualifications**
We believe you have:
- A relevant educational background in
**Computer Science, System Administration, or similar field**
.
- Several years of experience working with integrations in roles such as
**Integration Developer, Integration Specialist, System Developer, or similar**
.
- Experience working with system integrations between enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, databases, or cloud services).
- Fluency in
**Swedish and English**
, both written and spoken.
- Strong initiative and the ability to drive work independently.
- A high level of responsibility and ownership for your tasks.
- Service-minded approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Structured way of working with attention to detail while maintaining a holistic perspective.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Success in this role also requires:
- Completion of relevant
**supplier and platform trainings**
provided internally.
- A growing understanding of
**OX2’s business processes**
, developed over time through collaboration and hands-on work.
