We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Solution Architect with strong expertise in on-premises infrastructure, hybrid cloud environments, Linux, networking, and infrastructure automation.

📍 Location: Malmö, Sweden
💼 Position Type: Permanent or Contract
🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid – Working from the Malmö office 2–3 days per week is mandatory.
🎯 Experience: 5+ years
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
▪️Design and architect large-scale on-premises infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and virtualization.
▪️Develop high-availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
▪️Work with hybrid cloud infrastructure across on-premises, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
▪️Manage infrastructure automation, data center migrations, and modernization initiatives.
▪️Provision and manage Confluent Kafka clusters, MDS clusters, Control Center nodes, and Oracle API Gateway.
▪️Mentor operations teams and promote infrastructure best practices.
🛠️ Required Skills:
▪️Strong hands-on experience with Linux commands and shell scripting (Bash/Python).
▪️Expertise in Ansible playbook development, roles, modules, and error handling.
▪️Strong understanding of networking, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and debugging.
▪️Experience with SSL certificate management and infrastructure security hardening.
▪️Knowledge of SAN, NAS, storage solutions, and database technologies.
▪️Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Splunk Observability Cloud (SignalFx), Prometheus, or Grafana.
▪️Familiarity with JFrog, Nexus, and GitHub.
▪️Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and project management skills.
