We are now looking for a Growth Lead to join a creative, ambitious and fast-moving consumer brand at a very early stage. This is a highly operational and business-critical role for someone who wants to build growth from the ground up – not optimize someone else’s setup. The company is backed by strong creative and commercial forces and has clear ambitions to become international DTC brand. The team is small, the pace is high, and the mandate is substantial.
**About the role**
As Growth Lead, you will have end-to-end ownership of the company’s growth engine – from paid acquisition to on-site conversion and daily experimentation. This is a deeply hands-on role where you run all paid channels, analysis, CRO and rapid testing loops, while also laying the foundation for how growth will scale over time.
You will work side-by-side with leadership team and be fully accountable for CAC control and conversion performance. This is not a strategic oversight role – you are the one who builds, tests, optimizes and iterates.
The role is based in Stockholm.
**Key responsibilities**
- Own and run paid social (Meta & TikTok) end-to-end: account structure, budgets, creative testing and optimization
- Build, test and optimize landing pages, PDPs and checkout flows in Shopify
- Analyze CAC, CVR, AOV, ROAS and orders/day on a daily basis and translate insights into fast experiments
- Set up and execute weekly growth sprints (hypothesis → test → learn → iterate)
- Work extremely close with content and creative to rapidly iterate angles, formats and messaging
- Own the connection between creative, traffic and conversion
- Collaborate with product and operations on launches, drops and campaigns
**Your profile**
We are looking for a hands-on growth profile who thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments where the opportunity to make real impact is significant. You are driven by visible results and comfortable with both ambiguity and responsibility.
**Qualifications**
- 2-5 yrs of hands-on experience running paid social (Meta & TikTok) yourself – not only via agency
- Experience driving growth in DTC/ecomm brands or fast-moving consumer businesses
- Strong understanding of conversion, funnel mechanics and how creative impacts performance
- Practical experience with Shopify, landing pages and CRO work
- Thrives in high-tempo settings with fast decisions and rapid iteration
- Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
