Job Role: Finance Controller

Client is looking for an experienced Finance Controller / Senior Accountant for a full-time assignment.

The role combines qualified accounting, financial control, process development and ERP implementation in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and month-end closing
- Perform balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations
- Handle VAT reporting
- Manage CAPEX, fixed assets and accounting classification
- Contribute to ERP implementation, experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is preferred
- Develop and document processes and internal controls
- Support audits and statutory reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation

Required experience

- At least 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial control or a related finance role
- Strong knowledge of Swedish GAAP/K3
- Hands-on experience with reconciliations, intercompany transactions, VAT, CAPEX and fixed assets
- Experience from an industrial environment, preferably production, inventory or logistics
- Experience with ERP implementations (a plus)
- Excellent spoken and written English
