We are looking for a Finance Manager who wants to take ownership of the numbers and play a key role in building the finance function in a growing SaaS company.

You will work closely with the CEO and management team, ensuring high quality in reporting, forecasting and financial follow-up, while also improving structures, systems and ways of working. The role is hands-on and business-oriented, with exposure to multiple companies, countries and acquisitions.

**Responsibilities**

• Own and drive the monthly closing process and management reporting

• Be responsible for group reporting and consolidation across multiple companies and countries

• Ensure high quality in accounting, financial statements and underlying data

• Build and improve forecasting, budgeting and financial follow-up

• Deliver financial analysis and decision support to leadership

• Support liquidity planning, bank reporting and covenant follow-up

• Participate in M&A work, including financial modelling and earn-out structures

**Qualifications**

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or controlling

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Experience with group reporting and consolidation

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP and accounting systems
