Running parallel is a silent narrative following a political Zoroastrian refugee from their homeland to a refugee camp. The project is primarily in Swedish with segments in English, and aims to blend symbolic storytelling with impactful visual imagery. The script and creative vision are established, and the project seeks a producer who can bring organizational expertise and creative sensitivity to realize the director’s vision while preserving the original imagery and intent.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of film production from pre-production through post-production
- Collaborate closely with the director and creative team to ensure the vision and narrative integrity are maintained
- Manage budgets, schedules, and logistics for a hybrid project with both Swedish and English language components
- Coordinate casting, crew hiring, and location scouting in Stockholm and potentially other locations
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including writers, directors, and production companies
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and industry standards throughout the production process
- Support the development of marketing and distribution strategies for the completed film

- Proven experience as a film producer on documentary or hybrid narrative projects
