This position is structured to support

**28-Hour Workweek**

- 20 hours of classroom co-teaching with local teachers
- 6 hours dedicated to extracurricular activities
- 2 hours supporting masterclasses and professional development for local teachers

This structure allows you to teach, mentor, and contribute to long-term teacher development.


****Who We Are Looking For****

- Highly qualified non-native English speakers with strong credentials and near-native proficiency

****Minimum Requirements****

- Bachelors degree or higher in Education, English, or a related field
- C1 level English proficiency
- If the Bachelors degree is not in Education or English, a TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification is mandatory
- A genuine love for teaching and working with learners
- Any level of teaching experience is welcome

****Preferred (but Not Mandatory)****

- Experience with IELTS teaching or exam preparation
- Familiarity with Cambridge, IB, or other international curricula
