**Contract Details**
Location: Malta Europe


Contract Duration: Fixed-term, 7 weeks


Definite Employment Dates: 02nd February to 20th March 2026


Guaranteed Hours: Minimum of 15 hours per week


Accommodation: Will be provided from IELS


****Key Responsibilities****
Plan and prepare lessons appropriate to students levels and learning needs.


Teach English to speakers of other languages across a range of levels, as assigned by Academic Management.


Take responsibility for students learning outcomes and progress.


Maintain accurate and up-to-date academic documentation, including class registers and records.


Monitor student progress and complete progress reports when necessary.


Follow the syllabus and course content while applying effective teaching strategies in line with academic guidelines.


**Applicants Should Have One Of The Following Required Qualifications:**
Cambridge CELTA


Teaching experience: 1 years


**Qualifications**
A recognized 120-hour TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent qualification


Proficiency in English


Thorough knowledge of the English language


To be eligible for a Maltese ELT Permit, applicants must meet the requirements outlined by the Maltese authorities (gov.mt). Applicants who already meet Maltese ELT permit requirements will be given preference.
