**Role Description**
The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Täby, responsible for overseeing and optimizing UpNorth Retail LLC’s online sales channels. This position manages day-to-day ecommerce operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy across digital platforms. The role involves monitoring website performance and sales data, identifying trends, and implementing improvements to increase conversion rates and average order value. The Ecommerce Manager collaborates with marketing and sales teams to plan campaigns, coordinate content, and ensure a consistent brand experience online. Additional responsibilities include managing relationships with external partners or platforms, ensuring a smooth customer journey from browsing to checkout, and preparing regular performance reports for leadership.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret ecommerce metrics, track performance, and support data-driven decision making.

- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and basic SEO principles is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
