I am hiring a freelance Enterprise/Domain Architect for a long term contract

rate 900-1000SEK per hour

2 days a week in Stockholm 3 days from home

Business & Domain Architecture

- Design and optimise end-to-end Lead-to-Revenue (L2R) and customer lifecycle processes.
- Define target operating models, business capabilities, and future-state architecture.
- Own the Sales & Marketing domain architecture, including system boundaries, standards, and governance.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities across the revenue ecosystem.

Data & Integration

- Define canonical data models, data ownership, and governance standards.
- Design and govern scalable integration architectures using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
- Ensure alignment and consistency across CRM and connected enterprise platforms.

Governance & Stakeholder Management

- Translate business strategy into architectural direction and technology roadmaps.
- Provide architectural leadership across transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate decision-making and alignment across business and technology stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, Domain Architect, or Lead Solution Architect.
- Strong Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations domain expertise.
- Deep understanding of Lead-to-Revenue (L2R) processes and customer lifecycle management.
- Extensive experience designing CRM-centric architectures, ideally Salesforce.
- Strong integration architecture experience, including APIs, middleware, and event-driven solutions.
- Expertise in data architecture, master data management, and governance frameworks.
- Ability to operate autonomously and drive outcomes in complex transformation environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and influencing skills.
