Role Description - “The Doer”
We are looking for a highly capable and proactive operator — someone who enjoys getting things done and thrives in fast-moving environments.
“The Doer” will work closely with leadership and be involved in day-to-day operations across multiple business areas and projects. The role is broad and hands-on, requiring someone who is structured, resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable wearing many hats.
Responsibilities include
- Supporting leadership with operational and medium term strategic tasks
- Coordinating projects and ensuring execution across initiatives
- Managing day-to-day administrative and organizational workflows
- Assisting with stakeholder communication
- Helping structure processes, follow-ups, and priorities
- Solving practical problems quickly and efficiently
- Supporting ad hoc projects across investments, AI initiatives, sports, / community development and real estate
This is initially a full-time, on-site role based in Stockholm. Over time, there is flexibility for partial or fully remote work for the right candidate.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who combines strong execution ability with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

- Ability to build trust with the team and other stakeholders
- Ability top develop leadership skills to recruit a team of other doers
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting senior executives, founders, or investment professionals
- Experience from an investment bank, private equity firm, hedge fund, family office, or similar high-performance environment is strongly preferred
- Comfortable handling both strategic and operational tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go beyond the job description when needed
- Basic technical proficiency across office productivity and collaboration tools
Preferred qualifications
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English (Swedish is a preferrable, but not needed)
- Ability to be available preferrable 8 am - 8 pm
- Ability to recruit an team of assistants covering 24-7 from different time zones
