## **Director, Production Solid Phase Operations**

## **Key Responsibilities**

- Coordinate the entire production process for Allergy assays, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to global regulations.
- Lead and manage a world-class team to successfully implement production strategies and meet ambitious manufacturing goals.
- Recognize and champion continuous progress projects aimed at improving efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate strictly with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of production processes.
- Track and evaluate production data to stay competitive in the global market and uphold high performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

## **Requirements**

- Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in a highly regulated environment.
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of global production regulations and quality standards.
- Ability to analyze and interpret production data to promote continuous advancement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
