**Position Overview**

Lead and execute GSM’s country operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient electric mobility services. The role oversees depot operations, driver ecosystem management, and daily service execution while maintaining compliance, service quality, and cost efficiency in a fast-growing mobility platform.

**Key Responsibilities**

***Operations Strategy & Execution***

- Develop and implement the country operations strategy aligned with GSM’s expansion and service quality goals
- Translate business targets into operational plans, resource allocation, and performance management
- Ensure consistent execution standards across cities, depots, and operational teams

***Fleet, Depot & Driver Operations***

- Oversee depot operations including vehicle readiness, charging availability, and fleet utilization
- Manage driver supply, onboarding, engagement, and performance to ensure stable marketplace balance
- Monitor daily operations performance and service reliability across all service lines

***Performance & Continuous Improvement***

- Define and manage operational KPIs including service quality, trip completion, safety, and cost efficiency
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes
- Drive operational productivity and scalability as the business grows

***Compliance & Risk Management***

- Ensure operations comply with company standards and local transport regulations
- Lead incident response, crisis handling, and risk mitigation procedures
- Maintain high safety and operational discipline standards

***Cross-functional Collaboration***

- Work closely with Commercial, Product, Finance, Legal, HR, and Marketing teams to support business objectives
- Support new service launches, city expansion, and operational readiness initiatives

**Team Leadership**

- Build and develop high-performing operations teams and local leaders
- Implement performance management, coaching, and succession planning

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related fields (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years' experience in operations within ride-hailing, mobility, logistics, transportation, or platform businesses
- Experience managing large operational teams across multiple sites or cities
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Fluent in English and an additional local language.
