As our team’s Digital Marketing Specialist, you will help keep this engine running – publishing content, managing outreach, supporting our paid and organic search work and keeping our marketing systems organized and scalable.
You will work hands-on with Google Ads, SEO content, outreach, campaigns and web publishing, following clear processes that help our team execute efficiently across many pages and channels.

****Your role – How you will contribute****
You will help run and execute many of the operational parts of our marketing work – producing, publishing and improving marketing assets across many pages, campaigns and channels, while learning how a high-performing marketing team operates in practice.
Examples include:
- SEO, outreach & content: produce and optimize SEO content, manage outreach activities, and ensure that key SEO elements are implemented and maintained over time.
- Web & marketing operations: publish and update content in our CMS, maintain website structure, and ensure pages follow best practices.
- Content & creative production: write marketing texts and support the creation of visual contentfor use across our marketing channels.
- Google Ads management: support the administration and ongoing improvement of our campaigns and accounts globally.
- Scalable marketing production: produce and update marketing assets at scale (often with the help of AI), such as creating pages from templates and implementing larger content updates.
- Structure & documentation: maintain documentation, checklists and internal workflows, and keep marketing systems, sheets and folders organized and up to date.

This role focuses strongly on execution and operational excellence and suits someone who enjoys structured work – following clear processes, improving systems over time and seeing many small tasks executed correctly and efficiently.
We care more about your potential, mindset and willingness to learn than about a specific CV or years of experience. You do not need to know everything already – curiosity, drive and the ability to learn quickly matter more.

- Visually aware: you have a basic sense for layout, structure and professional presentation.
- Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English: you are comfortable working and communicating professionally in both languages.
