Your assignment
As a system administrator, you are part of a DevOps team within the technology department. The team's assignment is to develop and deploy new technical infrastructure systems and services. We work agilely, inspired by the SAFe model.

In the role of Storage administrator, your main tasks will be:
Develop and manage the authority's storage environments
Troubleshooting & Remediation: Identify and resolve hardware and software errors for stable operation.
Close contact with consumers: Understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions.

We are looking for someone who has:
Technical high school
A few years of work experience in:

- Storage solutions

- S3 storage

- Automation and integration (via e.g. Ansible)

- Working with products from, among others, netApp, HPE and other suppliers

- Agile methods, such as Scrum, Safe or similar.
Knowledge of block, object and file-based storage (SAN/NAS)

Understanding of network infrastructure
Competencies in backup tools and disaster recovery
Competencies in disaster recovery, e.g. regular testing, validation and development of these processes
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Good knowledge of English


We consider it an advantage if you have:
Higher education
5 years of experience working with storage/backup
Driving license B

The workplace is located near Drottningholm, about 10 minutes from Brommaplan. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA means placement in a security class. A requirement for employment is a passed security clearance with a register check. The security clearance will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act.
