About the company

YTAAB is a family business founded in 1995 by Anders Persson. It started in Ystad with a wheelbarrow and shovel. Over the years, it has grown at a balanced pace and today has 25 employees with southern Skåne as its working area.

The CEO is Daniel Persson.

Our customers are mainly businesses in the public sector and companies where we perform all types of earthmoving and construction work.

We work to create long-term customer relationships and place great importance on giving the customer a personal approach, high availability and we want to show that we care about each individual project.

We have a good network of contacts in the industry and take on projects both as a general contractor and in collaboration with other contractors.

We place great importance on having good suppliers. We place high demands on ourselves. We also have these demands on our suppliers. This provides security for the customer and the best conditions for a good end product.

Your tasks

Your tasks will involve common tasks in earthmoving and construction work.

You work from home, but most projects are in southern Skåne.

Your background/Your qualities

We believe that you who are applying have a professional certificate or experience in construction and contracting. It is an advantage if you have experience in driving machinery such as excavators and wheel loaders. We would like you who are applying for the position to be an experienced construction worker who is self-propelled and has experience in soil and pipe laying. It is an advantage if you have experience in reading drawings in the area.

As a person, you are flexible and can cut in where needed. You like to perform, are loyal and responsible. Furthermore, you are a happy and positive person who contributes to the group's good atmosphere, work environment and professional results. You usually work in a team and it is therefore important that you have ease in collaborating and communicating.

A B driving license and access to your own car are a requirement for the position.
