Your assignment
As a deputy office manager, you are part of the MKT office in the technical department. The department's task is to provide FRA with the technical systems needed for its operations. The department develops, manages and deploys new technical systems and manages the operation and maintenance of existing systems.
Your main tasks in this role include assisting the office manager in the ongoing work, both through collaboration but also by taking care of your own areas of responsibility. The deputy office manager is part of the office's management team, and the role involves stepping in as office manager in the absence of the regular office manager.
You are expected to actively participate in business development by collaborating within and across office and department boundaries in various contexts.
You are confident in your leadership, you are a role model and take responsibility, you remove obstacles, create and maintain routines and conditions for deliveries.
The office has an expansion plan that means that a lot of focus will need to be placed on organizational issues, overall recruitment issues and coordination of the units' introduction of new employees, etc. The goal is to build a resilient business that develops and evolves in line with the business's requirements and needs.
In this role, you will, in consultation with the office manager, be able to adapt your work tasks to a certain extent based on experience, skills and interests.

We are looking for someone who has:
Academic education in a relevant technical field, e.g. systems development, radio, electronics, etc. or equivalent knowledge gained during working life
Experience as a human resources manager
Experience in technology development or in leading technology development
Experience and/or knowledge of change management, primarily with regard to agile working methods and organizational changes
Experience and/or knowledge of collaboration tools
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
We consider it an advantage if you have:
Experience as a human resources manager over other managers
Experience and/or knowledge of change management when implementing SAFe or other agile frameworks
Experience in technology development involving both software and hardware

The workplace is located near Drottningholm, about 10 minutes from Brommaplan. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security class. A requirement for employment is a successful security clearance with a register check. The security clearance will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act.
