**Position Overview**

The Country Operations Director will be responsible for leading and overseeing all operational activities across the country, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, business growth, and operational readiness. The role will lead operations teams, drivers, fleet, branches, and facilities, while driving continuous improvement and building a scalable operating model to support the company’s growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead and oversee all country-wide operations, ensuring efficient and scalable execution.
- Manage operations teams and drivers, including workforce planning, allocation, performance, and retention.
- Ensure service quality and resolve operational issues, including incidents, accidents, fraud, and customer complaints.
- Oversee fleet and vehicle operations, including maintenance, repairs, safety, and operational readiness.
- Monitor operational costs, receivables, and driver debt collection.
- Drive operational efficiency, KPI performance, and continuous improvement.
- Support market expansion, POI development, and operational readiness for new locations.
- Manage branches, facilities, and operational sites across the country.
- Build and develop high-performing Operations teams.
- Partner with Global, Regional, Commercial, Product, Technology, and other functions to deliver business objective

**Qualifications**

- 8+ years of experience in operations, ideally in ride-hailing, taxi, mobility, logistics, delivery, or transportation.
- Proven experience managing large teams and driver/fleet operations.
- Strong experience in scaling operations and building efficient processes.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
