**Role Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented
**Contract Mapping Analyst**
to support a large-scale
**transformation project**
within the MedTech sector. The role will focus on analysing, mapping, and assessing existing commercial contracts to identify potential risks and support mitigation strategies during portfolio and organisational changes.
You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across contracts, bids & tenders, commercial, legal, marketing, and supply teams to ensure contractual obligations are clearly understood, risks are identified early, and appropriate actions are taken.
This is a highly analytical role suited to someone comfortable working with complex contract portfolios, data mapping, and stakeholder collaboration in a regulated healthcare environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Contract Analysis & Mapping**
- Analyse and map
**direct, indirect, public, and private sell-side contracts**
within the scope of the transformation programme.
- Identify key contractual terms, obligations, and potential risks associated with contract or portfolio changes.
- Support assessment of contract impacts related to portfolio migration, acceleration, or restructuring.
**Risk Assessment & Mitigation**
- Evaluate contractual risks and implications arising from transformation activities.
- Document findings clearly and communicate risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional discussions to minimise or resolve identified risks.
**Data Management & Reporting**
- Use standard tools and
**Excel**
to support contract mapping, tracking, and analysis.
- Provide structured inputs to supply teams and other stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and summaries highlighting key findings, risks, and insights, using provided templates where applicable.
**Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Work closely with internal teams including
**contracts, bids & tenders, commercial, legal, marketing, and supply**
.
- Ensure alignment on objectives and timely delivery of required contract insights.
**Required Experience, Skills & Competencies**
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and assess contractual language.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in
**Microsoft Office**
, particularly
**Excel**
.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
**Desirable Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in
**Law, Business Administration, or a related field**
.
- Experience with
**tendering processes**
and contract management in healthcare, MedTech, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with relevant legal or regulatory frameworks.
