Then you've come to the right place! We are looking for an experienced and driven Construction Engineer for our office in Bromma where you will work with financial and planning control in our construction projects within the Data Center business area.

As a Construction Engineer, you are one of the key players in the projects as you assist the Project Manager and Business Controller so that project goals can be achieved in terms of finance, delivery, time, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role includes:

Assist the Business Controller and Project Manager with project finances, compilation and follow-up of financial reports and investigations.

Support both the Project Manager and Project Leader in establishing schedules and financial reconciliations, production calculations, and ÄTA management.

Follow-up and review of contract documents and governing documents.

Assist with purchasing for the projects in collaboration with project managers and technical experts.

Support multiple projects simultaneously and work together as a team.

An important part of the role is to be a coordinating function/role regarding administration and documentation in the projects.

In addition to the internal contact network, you will also have ongoing contact with subcontractors and customers.

Who are you?
To be able to perform the job in the best way, we see that you have:

Post-secondary education in construction, economics or another relevant field.

Experience from a similar role and has been involved in working with finance, planning control and time management previously.

Experience from forecasting work - ongoing cost reconciliation

We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail and is committed to delivering high quality. You have a good ability to plan and structure your work and can independently lead meetings and drive your work forward.

A B driving license is a requirement and you must be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position is placed in a security class, which in this case requires Swedish citizenship and an approved security clearance and register check. The security clearance is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
