**Job Description**

Bandai Namco Entertainment Nordic AB is looking for a professional, and enthusiastic, Community Manager to strengthen our team. You will play a key role within the Marketing department and will contribute to our growth as an entertainment company within the region and being the voice towards our fans, and act as a key link between our player communities and internal teams, ensuring fan feedback and sentiment help shape our marketing and communication efforts.

You will facilitate and manage all processes related to community and social media management, including:

- **Community Management:**
Building, strengthen & enhancing relationships with fans of Bandai Namco in the Nordics. Drive the dialogue with our fans across our Nordic channels. Owns the local community strategy for each product in our portfolio and for Bandai Namco in the Nordics. Gathers and synthesizes community feedback and sentiment, and shares insights internally to support marketing and product decisions.
- **Content creators:**
Manage the dialogue with local content creators in partnership with our local Senior PR Manager. Drive, own and manage our local Creator Partner Program. Sources new and potential partnerships with local content creators.
- **Social media management:**
Plan and execute our content across owned channels, including posts, stories, video, livestreams and community activations. Monitors the influencer landscape and new social media/community trends.
- **Reporting and analysis:**
Own the reporting of community sentiment, feedback and insights. Ensure set campaign goals/KPIs are met and reports on social media and/or community performance. Track campaign performance and contribute to product launch and post-mortem reports together with the team to analyze and present results of our efforts and investment across disciplines.
- **Events:**
Spearhead, plan and execute community-led events for our products.

**Candidate Profile**

- 1-3 years as Community Manager or similar role.
- Previous experience in building and nurturing audiences in social channels and creating lively, engaging content for a consumer audience.
- Experience of working with content creators or influencers, from identification and outreach to relationship management.
- Experience running or supporting IRL events, conventions or launch activations is a bonus.
- Proven ability to balance community passion with commercial realities.
- Proficient in the MS Office suite.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess great presentation skills. Fluency in additional Nordic languages and especially Finnish will be considered as extra merit.
- You are a great communicator and can adapt easily to an international audience. You are diplomatic, and persuasive.
- You love working as part of a team and are also able to work autonomously demonstrating initiative and ownership.
- You have a passion for video games, and are enthusiastic about new technologies, the entertainment sector and Japanese popular culture is a plus.
