**About The Role**
Intric has a genuinely differentiated story: sovereign AI for governments and critical industries, built with security and simplicity at its core. Our CEO meets with ministers. Our customers include municipalities, agencies, and public institutions across Europe, as well as customers we aren't even allowed to communicate about... The AI policy landscape is moving fast, and Intric has a clear perspective on how it should move.


What's missing is a dedicated voice. Someone who can translate what we're building into narratives that resonate with policymakers, journalists, decision-makers, and the public, and who can put that story in front of the right people, consistently and credibly.


You'll be Intric's first communications hire. That means building the function from scratch: defining how we show up in the media, how we engage in policy conversations, which events matter and how we show up at them, what thought leadership we publish, and how our social channels feel.


This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You'll work directly with the CEO and commercial leadership, and your work will directly shape how Europe's most important organizations perceive and trust Intric.


**What You'll Do**
You will play a key role in building Intric's reputation and visibility across Europe. This includes:



- Own media relations, journalists, trade press, technology media, and drive consistent earned coverage
- Write and place thought leadership: op-eds, articles, white papers, and executive commentary on AI, sovereignty, and public sector transformation
- Lead Intric's public affairs work, engage with policymakers, track and respond to relevant policy developments (EU AI Act, procurement reform, digital sovereignty), and position Intric in those conversations
- Define and execute Intric's events strategy, which to attend, when to host, how to show up
- Run Intric's social presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and building the executive profile of Intric's leadership
- Develop the messaging architecture that underpins how Intric communicates across all channels
- Own and develop visual material together with our design team to use in communication across platforms

**Who You Are**
We look for individuals who are entrepreneurial, and who want to own the full communication scope. You execute, and you understand the value of both quality and quantity in communication.



- You can write, clearly, sharply, and in a way that makes people stop and read
- You understand how to navigate both media and government stakeholders, and know they require different things
- You have a point of view on AI, technology, and public sector transformation, and you're not afraid to use it
- You're a builder: you don't wait for a comms agency to brief you or a messaging committee to align
- Your background might be in PR/communications, public affairs, policy, journalism, or a sharp combination, what matters is that you can operate across all of them
- You are drawn to Intric’s mission to bring secure, sovereign and easy-to-use AI to Europe’s most critical institutions
- English and Swedish is required
