**Title: Client Implementation Specialist**

 

  

**You will:**

 

- Work with our internal sales team and clients to configure our production system according to client’s needs (Web UI).
- Discuss with and collect related information from clients needed for production.
- Design (no design software experience needed) product layouts based on the clients’ requirements.
- Help/Educated suppliers in how to use the system and add additional information into the system based on their needs.
- Assist our own production team with material information and handling/solving problems & errors during production.
- Create/manage items and information in our PIM related to the production of items.

  

**Requirements:**

 

- Fluent in written English & proficient in spoken English.
- Able to communicate with clients via phone, video conferencing and email.
- Experience working in configuring systems.

  

**Bonus:**

 

Experience working with apparel/textile brands and/or suppliers.
