## **CI/CD & Automation Engineer**
We are looking for a Software Integration Engineer to join MCA and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of software engineering environments within the automotive industry.
In this role, you will work with development tools, automation, integration, and engineering processes that enable teams to work efficiently and deliver high-quality software. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and other engineering functions to identify improvements and support a reliable software development environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and improve **automation and engineering workflows**
- Maintain and improve **CI/CD infrastructure and development tools**
- Develop scripts and tooling using **Python, Groovy, and Bash**
- Support software integration and continuous improvement of engineering processes
- Work with version control and collaboration tools such as **Git and Gerrit**
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to improve development practices and tooling
**Technical Environment**
The role involves working with a range of modern software engineering and automation technologies, including:
- Jenkins
- Git & Gerrit
- Python
- Groovy
- Bash
- CI/CD
- Software automation and integration tools
**Desired Profile**
- Experience working with **software development environments, automation, or CI/CD**
- Experience with **Jenkins and Git**
- Programming or scripting experience in **Python, Groovy, Bash, or similar**
- Good understanding of software development and integration processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, collaborative approach
- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional engineering teams
