with a strong market position and a strong customer base. They've built something that works – and now they're focused on what comes next: going deeper with AI and unlocking the full potential of the data at the core of their product.

**The role**

This is a CPO role for someone who builds, not just leads. You'd own the product vision and roadmap, but the expectation is that you're close to the work: testing ideas, moving fast, and pushing the organisation to new heights.

The company is at an inflection point: moving upmarket, expanding its product surface, and rethinking what its data can do. You'd sit at the centre of that shift, working close to tech and commercial while being an integral part of the management team.

**Who you are**

- You've built and developed product organisations in SaaS
- You think in outcomes, not output, and you hold the organisation to the same standard
- AI isn't a buzzword for you. You've already integrated it into how you build, and you see it as an important lever
- You're as comfortable in a customer meeting as in a product review, and you actively want to be in both
- You're a strategist who can also sketch, prototype, and pressure-test ideas yourself
- You move fast, communicate in signal rather than noise, and know how to bring a leadership team with you without over-engineering the process
