**Job Description:**
We are looking for a seasoned Business Operations Lead to join our team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing business operations to ensure our company’s success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the IT industry, particularly in the gaming sector, and will be responsible for the overall operational performance of the company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources appropriately to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and address potential risks and opportunities, implementing solutions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, partners, and regulators, to ensure the company's interests are represented and advanced.
- Lead initiatives to improve company culture and employee engagement, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 8 years of relevant working experience, with 3+ years in Business Operations or similar leadership roles.
- Proven experience as a Business Director, General Manager, or in a similar senior management role within the IT industry, preferably in the gaming sector.
- Strong understanding of business functions such as operations, finance, human resources, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business software and tools, such as ERP and CRM systems.
- Flexibility to relocate or work across different locations/markets when required
