**About The Role**
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Consultant to play a key role in delivering and supporting Mercur Business Control for customers across a variety of industries. Working in a proactive, customer-focused environment, you will be involved in both new system implementations and ongoing customer support projects, helping organisations maximise the value of their BI and performance management solutions.


This is a varied role that combines business analysis, system configuration, technical problem-solving, and customer consulting. You will work to understand requirements and deliver solutions tailored to their specific needs.


**What You Will Do**

- Lead and support the implementation of Mercur Business Control for new and existing customers
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Design, configure, and customise the system to meet customer needs
- Develop and manage integrations between Mercur Business Control and other systems
- Design and build reports, dashboards, and decision-support solutions
- Deliver customer- and industry-specific system enhancements and configurations
- Conduct system testing, deployment, and go-live activities
- Provide user training and ongoing customer support
- Manage customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions and successful project outcomes

**What We’re Looking For**

- Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical business solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
- Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English
