We are seeking a candidate with 1–5 years of experience in Business Controlling, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable business-focused education
- Fluent in English; Swedish is an advantage but not required
- Strong skills in **SAP and Excel** are highly valued
- You are well-organized, efficient, and thrive in a team-oriented environment
- You are driven by continuous improvement and enjoy contributing to the development of your area of responsibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role

**Key responsibilities:**

- Analyze and monitor **profit and loss (P&L) performance** and key KPIs within your scope (such as Absorption, SG&A, and Gross Profit)
- Present financial results clearly and transparently to management
- Support **monthly closing, budgeting, and forecasting** activities for the site and business unit
- Work closely with Business Analysts and other commercial functions across the global organization, providing financial support and insights
- Contribute to the development and digitalization of financial processes
