- Develop and maintain internal policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks for AI applications.
- Interpret the EU AI Act and other relevant global regulations and apply them to industrial and automotive use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and compliance to ensure AI systems are transparent, explainable, and compliant.
- Design and deliver internal training and awareness programs on responsible AI usage.
- Monitor regulatory developments and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Support risk assessments and compliance reviews of AI systems throughout the product development lifecycle

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in compliance, legal advisory, or governance roles within complex industrial or automotive environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical and business requirements.
- Experience in project management, change management, or business analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

**What We Offer:**

- A dynamic and innovative workplace driving advancements in cutting-edge robotic technologies
- The opportunity to collaborate with talented cross-functional teams on meaningful and impactful projects
- Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package
- A supportive culture that fosters continuous learning, growth, and professional development
- Flexible hybrid working model for an optimal work-life balance
- 25 days of annual leave to recharge and relax
