We are looking for an experienced
**App and Business Analyst**

to support the development and scaling of mobile applications across multiple European markets.

In this role, you will translate complex business needs into clear, scalable requirements and work closely with
**product management, design, architecture, and engineering teams**

**Key Responsibilities**

- Analyze
**end-to-end user journeys**
to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for harmonization across products and regions
- Define and manage
**epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria**
for mobile and app-driven solutions
- Contribute to
**modular and reusable app requirements**
that enable efficient scaling across markets
- Support delivery of mobile applications aligned with
**app-first strategies**
- Define and track
**KPIs**
related to adoption, performance, and user satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business and technology

**Required Qualifications**

- Minimum
**5 years of experience as a Business Analyst**
within
**digital banking or fintech**
- Proven experience working with
**multiple products in a shared app ecosystem**
- Strong background in
**requirements management**
for mobile and digital solutions
- Documented experience delivering
**mobile applications**
using an app-first approach
- Demonstrated ability to support and scale app solutions across
**multiple European markets**
