About the role
Coromatic is currently facing a significant growth journey where our IT function will play a crucial role in creating a structured and harmonized organization. How we utilize and strengthen our IT capacity will therefore be crucial to our success, and the role of IT Application Expert will be a central part of this work.

As an IT Application Expert, you will work with development, configuration, system testing and operation of our most important systems and applications. The systems you will work with are still being rolled out and the position is completely new at Coromatic. This means that you will have significant influence on how the role is designed and the work is conducted. In addition to the daily work, you will also participate in procurements, development projects and other types of initiatives where your skills and knowledge are in demand. We are a medium-sized organization, which makes the role a little broader than in a larger company. We believe that this can be advantageous as it creates more stimulating and varied work tasks, while contributing to a more cohesive work environment with greater opportunities to learn new things and short decision-making paths.

Your role will also include:

Systems Administration. Responsible for technical systems administration tasks, including configuration, installation, and upgrade of applications and systems.

Development. Customize applications and systems to meet business requirements and ensure optimal performance.

Incident and problem resolution. Act as third-line incident and problem resolver for assigned systems and applications. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams as needed.

Support for Super Users. Provide technical support to optimize usage and resolve any issues.

System maintenance. Ensure availability through regular maintenance and technical improvements.

Testing. Perform system integration and technical testing following upgrades and changes. Coordinate with third-party vendors, internal functions, and operations as needed.

Business and Master Data Configuration. Understand business processes and needs to identify areas for improvement in data structures. Receive requirements from IT Service Owner or Business Owner and implement configuration changes. Analyze and secure data mapping of master data together with stakeholders. Create scripts to handle large amounts of data.

Continuous improvement and training. Communicate and enable e-learning to ensure change management and knowledge of tools throughout the organization.

Produce system documentation. Create and contribute to system documentation, both from a technical and, if necessary, user perspective.

Who are you?

To be able to perform the job in the best way, we make sure you have:

Relevant university education in computer science or equivalent work experience.

A few years of experience from a similar role.

It is a great advantage if you have worked with purchasing systems or business systems (IFS) before.

Ability to work independently, accurately and proactively. You are a strong team player and work in a structured manner.

Good understanding of business processes and how IT systems can support these.

Speaks fluent Swedish and English.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires close collaboration with different departments and the ability to understand and translate their needs into technical solutions.

The position is placed in a security class, which in this case requires Swedish citizenship and a passed security clearance and record check. The security clearance is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
