### **PROJECT OVERVIEW**

A large-scale enterprise platform that supports financial, audit, and consulting workflows for global clients. The product focuses on secure data processing, advanced analytics, and workflow automation, helping organizations streamline decision-making, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency.

This role owns **AI DevOps and** **LLMOps** **end-to-end**, delivering reliable, cost-efficient AI systems used in real business workflows.

### **IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL**

- Design and operate **production RAG systems** (hybrid retrieval, chunking, reranking);
- Build **agent-based AI workflows** with tool calling and memory;
- Implement **LLMOps** **pipelines** (evaluation, tracing, observability, prompt versioning);
- Deploy AI services using **Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures**;
- Optimize AI platforms for **cost, latency, and reliability**;
- Build cloud-native AI infrastructure across **AWS, Azure, or GCP**;
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams on AI platform delivery.

### **IF YOU ARE**

- 10+ years in software, data, or AI engineering with **production GenAI experience**;
- Hands-on experience with **RAG systems and AI agents**;
- Strong **LLMOps** **/ AI DevOps** background;
- Advanced **Python** and backend development skills;
- Experience with **LangChain****,** **LlamaIndex****,** **LangGraph****,** **AutoGen****,** **CrewAI****, MCP**;
- Experience with **OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Gemini, or Llama** models;
- Experience with **vector databases** (FAISS, Weaviate, OpenSearch, ElasticSearch);
- Cloud experience with **AWS, Azure, or GCP**;
- Strong DevOps skills (**Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD**).

### **NICE TO HAVE**

- Experience replacing third-party AI vendors with in-house platforms;
- Multimodal AI experience (audio, video, vision);
- Experience with **MLflow****,** **LangSmith**, or AI observability tools;
- Leadership or mentoring experience.
