Fibbler is two founders, 500+ paying customers, bootstrapped, and growing fast. We need someone to own our AI layer, both internally and externally.
Internally: You’ll automate everything that doesn’t need a human. Support workflows, onboarding, internal processes. If it can be smarter, you make it smarter.
Externally: You’ll be the person driving our AI-facing product initiatives. MCPs, AI agents, the whole stack. You’ll shape how marketers interact with Fibbler data through AI.
This isn’t a traditional engineering role.
Could you be an engineer? Sure.
But you could also be a PM, an ops person, or someone who doesn’t fit any box at all.
What matters is that you’re deep down the AI rabbit hole and you actually want to work with this stuff every single day.
The profile we’re looking for: technical enough to build things (or know exactly how to get them built), business savvy enough to prioritize what actually moves the needle, and obsessed enough with AI that you’d be doing this on weekends anyway.
Based in Sweden (southern Sweden is a bonus).
You’d work directly with the founders, have massive ownership, and help shape the AI strategy for one lf the fastest growing startups in Sweden right now.
