Responsibilities:
1. Initial response to after-sales issues: clarify issue symptoms, operating environment, and operation steps. Conduct stress tests and fault reproduction on actual vehicles or test benches, and capture logs.
2. Upload compliant logs to the Jira system accordingly. On-site investigation: visit the fault location or authorized service centers as requested by the customer to investigate issues and submit investigation reports.
3. Receive, manage, and ship defective after-sales parts back to China.Able to travel frequently as required.
4. Reproduce failures on test benches, capture logs, perform basic hardware and software fault analysis, and support root cause and responsibility determination.
5. Prepare and manage after-sales spare parts; provide urgent spare parts replacement to meet customer needs. 8. Maintain and manage after-sales issue tracking logs.
6. Resolve quality issues at customer’s vehicle manufacturing plants, and coordinate cross-party resources to handle batch issues.
7. Train customer authorized service centers service personnel on basic operations such as log capturing, rebooting, and recovery.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering discipline. Valid local driver’s license.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automotive cockpit products, including but not limited to product development, functional testing, technical support, and after-sales service; familiar with cockpit product functions.
3. Knowledge of testing methods for cockpit domain controllers.
4. Good communication skills; experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, able to respond to customer needs and work arrangements in a timely manner. Proactively communicate with domestic counterparts and provide timely updates on work progress and results.
6. Language skills: Fluent in English; Candidates with Chinese proficiency are preferred in order to face Chinese clients..
7. Familiar with electrical performance analysis tools and tests; skilled in using multimeters, oscilloscopes and other common test equipment. Basic soldering skills, especially manual soldering of QFN / BGA packages.
