We’re now looking for an
**Accountant**
to join our Finance team.


This is a great role for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and ownership, and who wants to be part of building a fast-moving company from the inside. You’ll work across our Swedish and Polish entities, support core accounting processes, and help make sure our financial operations run smoothly and reliably.


**About The Role**
As an Accountant at Ingrid, you will play an important role in our Finance team. You’ll help maintain accurate financial records, support reporting and reconciliations, and contribute to strong financial processes across the business.


This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and eager to grow in a collaborative environment where things move quickly and no two weeks look exactly the same.


**What You Will Do**

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Manage our travel and expense process, including reporting
- Support monthly closing, financial reporting, and analysis
- Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Assist with tax returns and other regulatory filings
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Support other accounting and finance tasks as needed

**We think you’ll bring**

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Good knowledge of Swedish accounting standards, including K3
- Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Confidence working with spreadsheets, including Excel or Google Sheets
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Fluency in both Swedish and English

**It’s a bonus if you also have**

- Experience from a similar accounting role
- Experience working in Fortnox or another accounting system
