As we scale across Europe, we’re looking for a **Mid-Market Account Executive** to help accelerate growth and bring Ingrid to more ambitious retailers.
#### **The role**
As a Mid-Market AE at Ingrid, you’ll own the full sales cycle for mid-market retailers (up to ~500M SEK in annual revenue) from prospecting and discovery to closing and handover.
You’ll sell consultatively, using data, insights, and strong discovery to connect Ingrid’s technology to real business outcomes. This is a role with high ownership, clear targets, and real impact on our growth.
#### **What you’ll do**
- Own and drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, business case, and close
- Build and manage a portfolio of ~40 mid-market target accounts
- Engage decision-makers using personalized, multi-channel outreach
- Run structured sales processes using MEDDPICC and value-based selling
- Build clear ROI cases and go-live plans for customers
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot
- Partner closely with SDRs, Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Represent Ingrid at relevant e-commerce and logistics events
#### **What we’re looking for**
- 3–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven success selling into mid-market accounts
- Experience running multi-stakeholder sales cycles with clear ROI
- Comfortable with modern sales tools (HubSpot, Gong, AI prospecting tools)
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging VP/C-level stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Swedish (other Nordic languages are a plus)
