Videberg Kraft will combine the best of Swedish industry with nuclear knowledge to successfully develop and deliver 1500 MW at Värö. We aim to meet the rapidly growing demand for stable, fossil-free and competitively priced electricity as society and industry undergoes large-scale electrification and requirements for a robust power system increase. The ambition is for the first modular nuclear reactor to be in operation in the mid-2030s. The project has the potential to become one of the largest industrial projects in Sweden’s history, involving thousands of people in construction, installation and commissioning.
