About the company
The company works with sales of technical solutions to the manufacturing and process industry. More information about the company will be provided later in the recruitment process. This is a direct recruitment where Mero is responsible for the process, but the employment takes place directly with the customer.
About the role
In this role, you are responsible for technical sales of components and solutions. You drive the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and needs analysis to quotation, business closing and follow-up - with the goal of building long-term customer relationships and creating business value through the right technical solutions.
Together with your manager and the internal organization, you are involved in establishing sales operations in the Swedish market. You contribute both strategically and operationally - from designing sales plans to conducting customer meetings and developing business. You work closely with internal support functions such as technical support and back office to ensure high-quality delivery.
The role is based in the Stockholm area, covers all of Sweden and involves some travel, including regular visits to the head office abroad.
About you
We are looking for someone who has a few years of experience in sales and now wants to take the next step in a role with greater responsibility and development opportunities. With a strong commitment and a relationship-building approach, you build trust with customers and create long-term partnerships. You are curious about technology and enjoy understanding the customer's business in order to be able to offer solutions that really make a difference. Your working style is characterized by business acumen, drive and the ability to take initiative.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
Experience in B2B sales and experience in running the entire sales process
Previous experience working with new customer acquisition
Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
Experienced in working digitally and with CRM systems
B driving license
It is an advantage if you have experience in sales in technically oriented environments and knowledge of industrial components or solutions.
