About the role:

In the role as Operations Specialist you will be an integral part of delivering world-class services within our Asset Management area. This role offers the perfect blend of problem-solving, strategic thinking, and business configuration. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders in agile teams and focusing on data quality.

We are now looking for a new colleague with knowledge and experience of Security and Fund administration, including Corporate Actions, with an ambition to grow within data management and configuration. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Daily processing and business configuration and changes of financial instruments and investment products

• Reengineer and improving existing processes

• Act as the subject matter expert in collaboration with development organizations, working with change management, scenario optimization, and implementation of new or changed products

• Participating in business-critical projects

• Staying on top of industry standards and best practices

• Academic degree in Finance, Business or equivalent

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

• Effective communication skills, with fluency in English or Swedish

• Interest and knowledge of the financial market and financial instruments

• Knowledge of valuation of data and the NAV process

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a "can-do" attitude

• Structured, systematical and target oriented with a high degree of integrity

• Well organized and able to work ambitiously and handle multiple initiatives and requirements in a dynamic environment

• The ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team player

• Strong attention to details, paired with the ability to think critically and strategically
