**Head of Sourcing**

**Tasks & Key Responsibilities:**
**Sourcing & Supplier Base**
- Set the direction for how we work with suppliers globally
- Build a scalable, high-performing supplier base across quality, cost, and capacity
- Drive structure, clarity, and smart ways of working
**Performance & Compliance**
- Make sure our supplier network delivers on quality, sustainability, and compliance
- Follow up performance, spot risks, and drive improvements
**Materials & Quality**
- Ensure material and quality work supports the business in the right way
- Drive continuous improvements together with specialist leads
**Leadership & Collaboration**
- Lead and develop a team across sourcing, material, and quality
- Work closely with product and category teams to create real business impact

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Solid experience from strategic sourcing in an international environment
- Proven track record of building and developing supplier bases
- Strong understanding of quality, cost, lead time, and compliance
- Leadership experience and ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong analytical mindset and experience working with data
- Fluent in English
