As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing our health insurance products. You will work closely with both the underwriting and sales teams to ensure that our products are competitive, profitable and meet the needs of the market. You will also contribute to the training of internal and external parties, analyze product profitability and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

Develop and improve health insurance products based on market needs and customer insights
Perform risk assessments and underwriting
Support the sales team in customer dialogues, quotes and product presentations
Participate in training of intermediaries, partners and internal teams
Follow up on product profitability and initiate improvement measures
Contribute market insights to support DSS Health's strategy development
Ensure that product information is up-to-date and easily accessible to all relevant parties
Represent DSS Health in external contexts such as customer meetings, events and industry forums

Your profile

You have relevant work experience from the insurance market in Sweden, preferably in health insurance, and have worked with product development and underwriting. You have a commercial mindset, are analytical and have the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and engaging way. You are fluent in Swedish both written and spoken and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). You are a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and can work independently with great responsibility.
