The plan should drive ERP/EPM SaaS market growth, secure pipeline coverage in line with objectives and ERP/EPM SaaS revenues, working closely with the Sales Leaders and other key stakeholders. Scope of the role: Reports to WE ERP/EPM Business Development Leader Identifies and influence key local stakeholders (Customer, analyst, Partners, Influencers) to further increase market share of the ERP/EPM solution in the Sweden through planning and execution of activities working closely with other key organizations like marketing, alliances and channels, the inside sales organization and the field sales organization. Identifies and executes Sales Programmes to drive new SaaS opportunities, pipeline coverage and pipeline progression. Seen as a ERP/EPM SaaS thought leader in the market Works with and leverages the appropriate resources and stakeholders in Oracle for the successful implementation of their plan Production of local references to support plan Acts as member of the Sweden Demand generation Board You will be responsible for: Develop and drives the Sweden GTM Plan for ERP/EPM to develop pipeline coverage and progression through specific sales programmes and strategic customer engagements, aligned to meet the License Sales revenue target Leading the effective implementation of these sales programmes gaining buy-in from Regional Senior Sales Management and through the Sales Teams Develop and maintain direct relationships with the appropriate stakeholders for the successful implementation of their plan Identify and nurture prospect, customer and partner relationships to maximise achievement of SaaS revenue objectives and generate active sponsorship and referenceability for Oracle Work with the Sales VPs and Regional Directors to support and influence the development of their Plan and contribute to the overall strategy for the regional market Engage and provide direction, leadership and motivation to all parties engaged the ERP/EPM business Ensure that Knowledge Management occurs in the relevant Industry/Product groups sharing best practice across including related competence for customer facing staff Be able to articulate the ERP/EPM SaaS propositions in the business context of prospects, customers and partners. Work with Corporate and the Competitive Intelligence Teams to develop and promote competitive materials to assist in sales cycles. In this role you will be accountable for: Owns the Sweden ERP/EPM Business Development Plan (GTM plan) Work with the other stakeholders to ensure plans and activities are understood, agreed and managed Acts as member of the Sweden Demand Generation Board Monitor and review sales campaigns for the Region and Industry organisations Identify, maintain and deploy an internal network of people who can support achievement of plans and revenue objectives Engage with relevant Oracle Partners as appropriate Maintain an up to date understanding and knowledge of the ERP/EPM market and competition in the associated product areas Maintain an understanding of Oracle’s strategic direction within the Solution Areas and ERP/EPM Product Strategy group Operate in line with Oracle's HR policies and procedures Operate in line with Oracle's processes and procedures The area you will cover, the position you will hold, the environment in which you will work are changing at a fast pace: you will therefore want to be thrilled by facing a certain amount of unpredictability which you will consider as your chance to affect the future.
