We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager for our Swedish department.


The fact that a person you are close to, suddenly suffers cardiac arrest and whose live could have been saved, if there had been a defibrillator present or anyone capable of performing first aid nearby, created the basis for the association, "The art of Saving Lives".


We are now looking for someone to build up and manage our Swedish department, and be a part of our continued growth and international expansion.


The ideal candidate will be expected to work and manage a sales office in Stockholm and possess the following background and skill set:



Areas of responsibility:


Overall responsibility for management of the Sweden department of HeartSaver including,

fundraising, sales, communication, and financial management of budgets, with an annual

expected turnover of 16.200.000 SEK


Meet HeartSaver organizational performance benchmarks and related deadlines.


Proactive communication on results with HQ in Denmark and HQ Call center in Spain.


Develop partnerships with private, retail, and industrial companies.


Attend the sales and fundraiser meetings, as well as vendor presentation.


Facilitate and develop this new joint organization including establishing a joint identity and culture.





You have 5-7 years of solid sales and fundraiser background.


You have a professional network


You have been involved in sales and fundraiser activities, and vendor meetings.


You have a proven record of accomplishment in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to achieve growth and profitability objectives


You have strong negotiation skills, diplomatic tact and ability to nurture relations.


You have good communication skills, fluency in English as well as written. Knowledge of the Danish language required.


You are self-driven and can work on your own! You are motivated for visiting customers.


You are ready to take responsibility – you will deliver the numbers for Sweden. You have a likeable personality and the ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative international environment.


Preferably, you live in the Stockholm area and are willing and able to travel in Sweden,

HQ Denmark and HQ call center Spain.



We offer:


Contract Starting Feb. 1, 2017, though earlier if possible.  


Attractive salary, great bonus and benefit package, depending on level of experience.
